Terms of service

These terms apply when you use OFMATOR: this website, the desktop app, and the credits you buy here.

Your account

You need an account to use the app with credits. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account and on devices you approve. Only approve a sign-in code that your own app is showing.

Credits

Credits pay for generations. A generation reserves credits when it starts and settles to its real cost when it finishes; unused reserved credits go back to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Payments

Top-ups are confirmed by hand. Credits are added after the payment is verified, not instantly. Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown for that order. A payment sent with a different amount, asset, network or address may not be creditable.

Purchased credits are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we made an error.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. You may not use OFMATOR to create content that is illegal, that depicts minors, or that uses a real person's likeness without their permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Service

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Generations depend on third-party AI providers and can occasionally fail. A generation the provider rejects or fails is not charged; its reserved credits are returned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
